Our return policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction:

* Please note: some items, such as custom prints with name personalization added, are not eligible for returns unless defective.  However, if you encounter any issues with the item you receive, please reach out to us at and we will work with you to find a prompt solution.


How To Initiate a Return

Please reach out to us through our contact page or by emailing  Please include your order number, relevant purchase information, and a description of any issues you may be encountering and/or reason for returning.

Once your request is approved (usually within 3 business days), we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item as well as a label to use for free shipping.

After receiving the product and checking that it meets our return conditions (see below), we will issue a refund within 3 business days using the same payment method used at purchase.  Please note that refunds may take up to a week to show up in your account


Conditions for Returns

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage or wear. Ideally, items will be accompanied by all original packaging.  Customized or personalized items (such as prints with name personalization) are not eligible for returns unless defective.  Should you encounter any issues with such items, we will work with you to find a prompt solution.
